We are part of the 750,000 members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) who make Florida our home. We are men and women just like you working in all branches of the electrical industry and we want to ensure that all Florida workers enjoy a fair and decent standard of living with dignity and respect on the job.

Florida is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. But while the cost of living in Florida is increasing, overall wages, benefits, and working conditions are decreasing. We, as IBEW members in the state of Florida, are making a stand to improve the working lives of all Florida workers, but we know we cannot do it alone. Together, we can and will make a difference in our workplaces and communities by:
- Contacting Florida workers to explain the concept of workplace democracy;
- Bringing Florida workers together to achieve gains we cannot achieve as individuals;
- Educating Florida workers about how to improve their working lives by working together.
